Terril D. Bell, 37, was fatally shot on November 4, 2009, in Chicago, Illinois. Bell was found after suffering from a gunshot wound to the back in the North Lawndale neighborhood, an area known for its high rate of gun violence. After being shot, he was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was initially reported in critical condition but later succumbed to his injuries.
