Mosi Dehaan Birge, a 25-year-old resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2020. The incident occurred on Highland Street SE near Lafayette Avenue SE at around 8:20 p.m. Birge, along with another victim, Marty Ferris Beal, 55, was shot and killed in what appeared to be a violent confrontation.
