Jesus Diego Luiz, a 17-year-old from Lansing, Michigan, tragically passed away on November 21, 2020. He was born on February 13, 2003, in Lansing and was known affectionately as "Sus" by his family and friends. Jesus was found on West Allegan Street, near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, by officers responding to a shooting call around 7:30 p.m. on that fateful Saturday. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
