In the evening hours of a late autumn day, the life of 17-year-old Jesus Diego Luiz was tragically cut short in Lansing, Michigan. On Saturday, November 21, 2020, the young man was on the front porch of a residence located at 1118 W. Allegan Street when he was fatally wounded by gunfire. Witnesses at the scene reported seeing a small sedan quickly leaving the area heading eastbound on Allegan Street immediately following the sound of gunshots.
