Tamra Steele, a 37-year-old woman from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost her life on December 1, 2020. Tamra, originally from Huntington, West Virginia, had moved to Detroit a few years prior to live with her fiancé and had been working as a certified nursing assistant at Henry Ford Hospital. On November 30, 2020, she did not show up for work, raising concerns among her colleagues and family. Later, her car was found abandoned and burned, which further heightened the alarm.
