In the winter of 2020, the city of Flint, Michigan, was rocked by a violent crime that claimed the life of 34-year-old Thomas C. Biggs, a Black male. On December 21, 2020, Biggs was killed in a double homicide, a devastating event that left his family and community in mourning. Known for his vibrant personality, he was a loving father to two sons and was married in 2016.
