In the small community of Elwell, Michigan, Jessica Fuller Burke, a 29-year-old woman, was known for her love of life and the smile she brought to those she met. She found joy in traveling the state, tending to her garden, and caring for her animals. Her life, however, was brought to a sudden and violent end on January 27, 2021.
