Taya Land, a 17-year-old from Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, tragically lost her life on October 14, 2022. Her body was discovered on the side of I-94, having been shot in the head and then dumped there. Taya was a young mother, deeply loved by her family, and known for her musical talent as a trombone player. Her death left her family devastated and seeking justice.
