In the summer of 2019, the life of 60-year-old Carol Baur, a female resident of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, was tragically cut short in a violent series of events that began over a Fourth of July dispute. Baur was allowing a longtime acquaintance, Tom Ihlenfeldt, to live in her home to share expenses.
