Michael Vines, a 64-year-old resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2021. The incident occurred outside the Elements on Main Apartments on West Main Street, where Vines was fatally shot multiple times. The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to the scene and found Vines with several gunshot wounds, leading to his immediate death.
