Tevin Glaspy, a 29-year-old resident of Benton Harbor, Michigan, tragically lost his life on March 13, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers from the Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety responded to a complaint of shots fired near Highland and McCord.
