On a tragic Christmas Eve in 2021, the life of 43-year-old Hope Latrese Cutts, a female resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was cut short by an act of violence. Inside a home on Cass Avenue SE, she suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. An autopsy conducted by the Kent County Medical Examiner's Office officially ruled her death a homicide.
