Junius Evans, a 20-year-old resident of Muskegon, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2022. He was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound at an apartment in the 400 block of Glen Oaks Drive. The Muskegon Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 10:22 p.m. and pronounced him dead upon arrival. The police have stated that they do not believe this shooting was random and have ruled out any connection to another shooting that occurred earlier that day on Emerald Street.
