On May 31, 2022, the tragic death of 13-year-old Joelin Hernandez-Landa occurred in Wyoming, Michigan. Joelin, along with her mother, Liliana Landa-Sanchez, and her 11-year-old sister, Ayzy Hernandez-Landa, were victims of a murder-suicide. The incident took place early in the morning at their home on Godfrey Avenue.
