Christopher Mark Williams, a 17-year-old from Battle Creek, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2022. Williams, a recent graduate of Battle Creek Central High School and a standout football player, was shot in the area of Arbor Pointe Townhomes around 11:55 p.m. that night. He was taken to Bronson Battle Creek Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The forensic pathologist, Dr. Patrick Hansma, confirmed that Williams died from a single gunshot wound to the cheek.
