Sergeant Steven Dewain Morgan, a dedicated officer of the Long Beach Police Department in Mississippi, tragically lost his life on May 6, 1998. At the age of 40, Sergeant Morgan was responding to a domestic disturbance call alongside his colleague, Detective James Northcutt.
