In the late fall of 2013 in Vicksburg, Mississippi, a heartbreaking incident cut short the life of a young girl. Six-year-old Jamerica Ragsdale, a female, died on November 13, 2013, after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head. The shooting was reported to have been accidental.
