In the quiet community of Kokomo, Mississippi, a domestic tragedy unfolded in November 2014, ending the life of 51-year-old Geraldine Manning. On a day that would otherwise have been unremarkable, a call to Marion County 911 reported that Geraldine had been shot in the chest at her residence on Kokomo Road.
