Joshua Ellis Tarver, a 23-year-old resident of Wesson, Mississippi, tragically passed away on December 6, 2014, in Copiah County. His death was the result of a fatal shooting incident that occurred in a wooded area behind the 3000 block of Gallatin Road near Crystal Springs. The incident stemmed from an alleged verbal altercation between Tarver and the property owner, William "Bill" Parks.
