Harold Stiff, a 48-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2015. The circumstances surrounding his death were rooted in a domestic dispute that escalated to fatal violence. On that fateful day, the Jackson Police Department received a call around 2:30 p.m. reporting a shooting at 522 Marcus L. Butler Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Harold Stiff with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
