Candice Roper, a 28-year-old woman from Clarksdale, Mississippi, was tragically found dead on September 30, 2015. She was eight months pregnant at the time of her death. Roper was discovered lying on the floor just inside the front door of her home on King Street, alongside 69-year-old Alton Bruce, who was found on the living room couch.
