Bruce O'Bryant Dear, aged 31, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2016, in Quitman, Mississippi. The incident occurred early on a Sunday morning when a call was made to 911 from a residence on Highway 511. Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle on fire across from an apartment complex.
