Mya K. King, a 23-year-old mother from Enterprise, Mississippi, tragically lost her life on March 14, 2022, in Quitman, Mississippi. The incident occurred during an alleged robbery over marijuana. Mya was sitting in her car with her 15-month-old child in the back seat when she was caught in a crossfire between two individuals, ShCorey Ross, 19, and Derrick Nettles, 26, who were attempting to rob her and Kenneth McGowan, who was in the passenger seat.
