In the evening hours of September 19, 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace on Lynch Street, near Arbor Vista Boulevard in Jackson, Mississippi, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Justin Tillman, a 19-year-old male, was struck by multiple bullets and succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the violent encounter.
