In the spring of 2017, the life of Terry Lavin Singleton, a 45-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Gulfport, Mississippi. On the evening of May 13th, he and another man, Fredrick Robinson, were discovered deceased from gunshot wounds at the Reserve Apartments.
