In the spring of 2017, the life of Terry Lavin Singleton, a 45-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Gulfport, Mississippi. On the evening of May 13th, he and another man, Fredrick Robinson, were discovered deceased from gunshot wounds at the Reserve Apartments. The violent nature of their deaths immediately launched a significant investigation by local law enforcement.
