Jordan Eugene Blackwell, an 18-year-old from Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2017, during a horrific shooting spree. Blackwell was known for his competitive spirit and leadership qualities, being a senior at Brookhaven High School.
