In the late summer of 2017, the community of Jackson, Mississippi, was met with the tragic news of the death of Jessie James Stuckey, a 47-year-old male. On August 16, 2017, his body was discovered inside a parked van located off West Northside Drive. The initial discovery prompted an immediate response from the Jackson Police Department, who quickly began the process of unraveling the circumstances that led to this grim finding.
