On October 12, 2017, 17-year-old Alexander Trevone Farmer, known as Trey, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Grenada, Mississippi. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Adams Street while Trey was driving a vehicle. During the shooting, Trey was struck by gunfire, causing him to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a home at the corner of Adams and Govan Street. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Trey was pronounced dead upon arrival.
