In the winter of 2017, the life of 16-year-old Cameron Kelly was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of Friday, December 22nd, Kelly was fatally shot in the head. The promising young life of the Provine High School student and football player was extinguished in an act of violence that would be recorded as the city's 60th homicide of the year.
