Leland Sumrall, a 61-year-old shipyard worker from Pascagoula, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2018. Sumrall was an innocent bystander who was fatally shot while riding his motorcycle home from work. The incident occurred as a result of a road rage altercation involving Luis Soto Jr., a 29-year-old man from Gautier, Mississippi.
