In the late summer of 2022, the life of 68-year-old Claude Eugene Bivins, Jr. was brought to a tragic and violent end in Pascagoula, Mississippi. On the evening of August 7th, Bivins was fatally wounded by gunfire, a loss that would soon lead to a swift police investigation and the apprehension of those believed to be responsible.
