In the spring of 2018, the life of Terrance Terry, a 28-year-old Black man from Jackson, Mississippi, was tragically cut short. On the evening of May 6th, Terry was at a pool hall on Bailey Avenue when violence erupted. The chaotic scene left two men dead and another person wounded. Terry and another man, 27-year-old Jovorski Blackmon, were both fatally shot.
