Demarcus Harris, a 32-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically passed away on December 27, 2018, due to a gunshot wound to the head. Initially, the incident was reported as an accidental shooting. However, further investigation by the Jackson Police Department revealed inconsistencies in the initial account provided by Harris' girlfriend, Jakia Thomas.
