In the late summer of 2021, the life of 23-year-old Demarco Travis was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of Sunday, August 22, 2021, authorities responded to a call on Lincoln Avenue where they discovered Travis had been fatally shot.
