On May 22, 2023, at approximately 7:00 a.m., the body of 62-year-old David Plaisance was discovered outside a Dollar General store on Raymond Road in Jackson, Mississippi. Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart confirmed that Plaisance had suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
