Quinvarus Devon Parker, a 20-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2019. The incident occurred outside the Willow Point Apartments on Glencross Drive around midnight. According to reports, Parker was shot multiple times after leaving his apartment to meet someone in the parking lot.
