In the spring of 2021, a tragic event unfolded in Jackson, Mississippi, that claimed the life of 26-year-old Kendarrius Robertson. On April 16th, Robertson was found deceased, a victim of gun violence in what was part of a particularly violent 24-hour period in the city. The incident that led to his death was a triple homicide that occurred on Pinebrook Drive.
