In the summer of 2021, a domestic dispute in Columbus, Mississippi, escalated into a tragic event that claimed the lives of a mother and her young daughter. On June 23rd, 49-year-old Erica Elaine Bush Brewer and her 8-year-old daughter, Jayda Brewer, were fatally shot at their home.
