In the summer of 2021, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. Kaylin R. Banyard, a 21-year-old female, was shot and killed on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. The incident that led to her death reportedly began as an argument at a convenience store on Terry Road.

Following the altercation, Banyard was shot multiple times and was later pronounced dead. In the days that followed, the Jackson Police Department actively investigated the homicide. Their investigation q ...
