Chandice Rebecca Cochran, 28, was last seen on August 20, 2019, in Sutton, West Virginia. She lived with her mother and left a note that day saying she was leaving for a short time and was "in good hands." However, she has not been seen or heard from since. Cochran was reportedly picked up by Kristopher Speas, and the two went to the Birch River area in Nicholas County, potentially to sell drugs.
