Charles Ruben Bullock Jr., a 56-year-old male, was fatally shot on October 11, 2022, in Saucier, Mississippi. The incident occurred outside of his residence, where he was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest. Both Charles Bullock Jr. and the alleged assailant lived in separate homes on a family-owned property.
Following the shooting, the Harrison County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene at 21325 Road 221 in Saucier. The investigation quickly led to a suspect, who had reportedly left the scene and returned to his own home on the same property. The Harrison County SWAT team was dispatched and arrested the suspect without incident.
The individual taken into custody was identified as Timothy Duane Bullock, the 28-year-old nephew of the victim. He was subsequently charged with first-degree murder. A Justice Court Judge set his bond at $1 million.
