In the quiet Oak Park neighborhood of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the night of July 26, 2015, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of 44-year-old Carl Ronald Rogers Jr., a Black/African American male from Tulsa. Rogers was discovered lying in the middle of Acorn Street, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound.
