In the winter of 2015, the life of 18-year-old Ruben Rodriquez was cut short in Oklahoma City. On December 2nd, Rodriquez and an associate, Christian Navarro, were involved in criminal activity at an apartment complex situated on W. I-240 Service Road. During the course of this event, Rodriquez sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
