In the early morning hours of a Wednesday in Oklahoma City, police were called to a home in the northeast part of the city to investigate reports of gunfire. Inside the residence, they discovered the body of 44-year-old Vincense Dewayne Williams. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
