In the early morning hours, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Tulsa apartment complex, leaving one man dead and another wounded. Charles 'Walk' Frisco Walker, a 32-year-old Black man, was fatally shot in the head while sitting in a Chevy Tahoe in the parking lot of the Westminster Apartments on August 1, 2017. The driver of the vehicle, David Jones, was also injured in the attack but survived.
