On September 1, 2017, 33-year-old Billy Joe Gannon was found deceased in a residence in the 700 block of SW 50th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. An investigation revealed he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

A witness at the scene identified Robert A. Carmack as the individual who shot Gannon. Carmack, who was 29 years old at the time, was located and apprehended at his home, which was just two doors away from where the incident occurred. During questioning, Carmack admitted to sh ...
