In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a meeting that was purported to be a drug deal escalated into a fatal encounter. Twenty-seven-year-old Dylan Todd Parker, a resident of nearby Jenks, had arranged to meet with another man, 25-year-old Caleb Lee.
