On a grim November evening in 2017, the life of 26-year-old Giovanny Portugal was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City. The fatal encounter unfolded on November 13th, near the intersection of S.W. 37th and Portland, where a violent altercation escalated into a hail of gunfire. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered a chaotic and heartbreaking sight. In the front yard of a residence lay 15-year-old Erica Bradberry, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
