In the late afternoon of June 23, 2018, the quiet of a Norman, Oklahoma neighborhood was shattered by the discovery of a man lying in a front yard with multiple gunshot wounds. Police responded to a call around 3:45 p.m. and found 48-year-old Terry Scott Roach, a White / Caucasian male, gravely injured.
