In the late summer of 2019, the life of 30-year-old Adam Lawrence Crawford was tragically cut short in what Edmond police described as a double murder-suicide. On Friday, August 30, 2019, Crawford, along with 29-year-old Sarah Semlar, was fatally shot by 43-year-old Scott Garber inside a home in the suburban Oklahoma City community.
