In the winter of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Xzavior Frost, a 29-year-old male, was found deceased at a motel on February 25, 2021, the victim of gun violence. The discovery prompted an immediate investigation by the Tulsa Police Department, who treated the case as a homicide.
